So, everyone keeps saying that the servers don't have to be reset in order for the village to switch to the next phase, I have to say though, I do remember that the servers are all on a timer, and that once the server has been up for 504 hours that the village would switch to the next phase, but I swear I remember them saying that it was after a server reset once the 3 week timer had completed, and in my experience it seemed this was true because once the estimated 3 weeks of up time had completed you could log on right after the servers reset and it would be a new village phase. It also seemed after seeing other post about the last old man visit that you get once you are done with all your village training, that in order to get this last visit, you had to train your last boxes, wait for server restart, and then the old man would visit you. This held true in my case. Not to mention all the jedi trying to do their knight trials are having a hell of a time finding spawns of the creatures they are suppose to kill because this is rumoured to have something to do with server restarts as well. Much like the Hero of Tatooine quest does. And I can definitely verify this with the Hero of Tatooine quest because I waited around for days trying to find the npc spawns to complete it and I finally just started waking myself up early in the morning right at restart to look for the npcs and creature spawns to complete these missions and once I did this I finished all four parts of the quest in 2 days, I had found two of these spawns, two days in a row, both within the first 30 minutes of server restart. If server restart doesn't have something to do with npc spawns and the like then that Hero of Tat thing sure was one hell of a coincidence. If you don't think server restart has something to do with the village changing phase, then lets see if there just happens to be a server restart at some point in the next couple of days, the first restart in how long? and how long has it been since the last phase shift? And let's just see if the village doesn't just happen to change phases on every server right after they restart them all.
