Thread: HOw to get new waypoint for Mellichae?

Some of the crystals are inside houses...so I can not see target. Tried dying but that doesnt work. How do you get new waypoint?

have you tried deleting the datapad and waiting for the old man to come give you a new one?

oh sorry. i should have kept my mouth shut then. I dont know what to tell you besides submit a ticket.

Delete the WPs an shuttle, it should respawn the camp... Course, when I did it, the camp respawned in the exact same spot so I doubt this is going to be of much use to you. From what I understand I thought if Mell 'n gang killed you that you would be forced to wait for the Old Man again, but if you've already died that I guess that's false... Nothing left to do now except open a ticket IG

Have you tried pulling mell, when the quest was broke after CU, the only way to kill him was by killing all his buddies, kill 3 crystals, the 4th one does not die, then pulling mell away from camp, not to far because if u do he will despawn, then have the grp with u tank him, he cannot die, then just go to the galaxy/character screen, after you log on, and relog back in, the whole camp will despawn, but mellichae will not, as soon as u get back , a whole camp respawns with a new mell and everything, but ur buddies ahould be still tanking the original mel, get ur shot in ,and kill him, and then you accomplish ur mission.
I tried that several times and every time it worked. But I do not know if it will work now .

The waypoint is always the same. If you have crystals in a house you need to open a ticket and have a CSR move it.

I just helped my friend do his exit quest last night, but he had the bugged crystals. I would imagine what we did will work the same way for your proble. What we did was pull mel away from the camp. Have your other group members attack him and then you (or whoever the mission holder is) log-out and log back on. This despawns the camp including the crystals, but leaves mel because he is in combat and he should go down relatively easy with a full group.
