I am on the part that asks me to kill 20 Falumpasets. I have been to the Scared Place and NADA, I even tried to pull missions and NADA. Is there a certain place I could go to and kill 20 Falumpasets like on Talus for the Sludge Panters?

There is no easy answer for this i am afriad, but to drive around the sacred grounds. Once you find a lair of falumpasets do not destroy the lair. kill as many will pop out and shuttle or log out to refresh the lair and kill some more. It took me about 3 hours to kill 20 falumpasets only to have my mission be bugged 
, but the 2nd time i did it it only took 20 min because i found a lair. Some gungan npcs spawns have falumpasets so you can kill the one and now destroy the base and wait for a respawn. I guess its alot to do with luck i'm afraid and thats probably now the answer you're looking for
