Force Sensitive Archive

I have seen the old man about 9 times but i havent recived the crystal yet but i have been attacked by the sith shadows. I have sent in a bucnh of tickets in telling cs about my problem but i do wat they tell me and i still dont get the crystal wat did i do wrong?
