Force Sensitive Archive

I went to the village the other day when the phases changed on sunrunner. when i spoke to the captain he spoke to me as if I already had the quest for him. has anyone had this issue so far. One of my friends got the mission after me but he was unable to unlock the melee reflexes tree that he wanted unlock. after completing the quest.

I did place a service ticket withSOE but no one has opened it or let me know what is going on. anyone have any idea how to reset this besides through /bug...

or am i at the mercy of SOE to reset me.

I heard that SOE might nerf it so that we can't do quest or finish quest so that the jedi population will slow down. let me know thanks
