Thread: Whip wont talk to me, but i havent taken any quests.

Strange thing is the captian will talk to me but whip wont he just says something like "heard you've been doing a good job, Great work!" or something like that. I sent a customer service ticket. I dont know why captain will talk to me but whip wont. I have 1.5 mil banked in reflexes so i need to do reflexes.
