This is three times now. Old man comes up, conversation goes normally but nothing is in my inventory even though he says he gave me the crystal.

Sith attack later, I kill them, get a data disk but when I try to use it I get an error message telling me I must loot the data disk before I can use it. (Although it has already been looted and is in my inventory.)

Cycle repeats.

What gives?
