Thread: Why not MBH/Ranger 4444 to Grind?

What the subject says. MBH allows you to in a descent Grind group Cap Combat, Rifle, Pistol and Carbine relatively quickly. Please note the RELATIVE in that sentence.
Master Ranger requires 1,000,000 experience. So if you haveRanger 4444 you should have a Cap of at least that much. At an 8:1 ratio1,000,000 gives you 125,000 FS Sense experience. That meanscapping your Scouting exp. at 1,000,000 gives you9.8 trips to the Village to convert exp. for one branch of FS Sense tree.
The groups I have been in on Dantooine I was getting about 4500 average (often more) per creature I harvested, as a MBH I was capping at 75,000 scout experience though. That's only 222.22 creatures toharvest to reach Capin scouting. A group of six people with two missions each should give you about 100 creatures to harvest (10 creatures per lair x 2 mission = 20 x 6 members = 120 - 20 for invariably missing a few or lairs with less than 10 creatures each) should give you about 450,000 Scout experience per mission run. More group members means more missions which means more creatures to harvest which means quicker to harvest getting you to 1,000,000 pretty quickly.
Now is this not popular because people don't like the Sense tree?
Personally I only see Persuasion and Luck as something I'd take, but I got Luck for free as one my 3 free jedi trees to do the revamp. But I'd think sinc eyou have to have six branches anyway, that this seems like the fastest/easiest way to go over any examples I've seen so far.
Am I missing something?

Master Ranger caps at 1.6 milllion Scout xp. Master Ranger/BH can't unlock any of the Sense trees though 
I unlocked Luck pre-cu by taking novice artisan for a day. Can't do that now though, not enough skill points. Persuasion requires Master Medic to unlock the quest and bio engineer crafting to make the meds I think, so if you wanna grind that out later sure...

From Holo Grind I already had 1 branch in Senses.
I was a MasterDoc/MasterSword before the CU and I opened the Persuasion Tree then, long before the CU. In fact it was the first Village Quest I did. However, I had a pathetic amount of FS Sense experience until I switched to:
MBH, Pistoleer 0404, Ranger 4000.
I cap Scout at least at 1mil. I haven't pushed for more due to limited time. But I did get 950k scout in about 1 hour along with 1.2 mil pistol and 120k combat. Just one hour...

actually master ranger caps at 1.2 mil
4th tier boxes are 1 mil - not a big diff but allows for a little more grind time

You only need 1 tree in ranger to get the exp cap, 4444 would be a waste, unless you really want to be a ranger
