Since those mods have been removed, I dobut they'd have any effect on you medical healing. Just as useless as the Crafting Technique line.

+10 Injury Treatment and Speed... Is it even worth it now that they changed the mods for the medic professions?
And anyone know if it makes a difference with Stim-Ds and no medic skills to heal yourself?
