Force Sensitive Archive

Last night I was doint the M. Speed quest at the village and I finished the first 3 missions no prob and the guy told me to come back later. After reading about the quest I figured it would take 24 hours so I went to grind some exp on Dant. When I maxed my exp and got back to the village I figured Id talk to the guy again just to see what would happen and WALLA! he gave me the go ahead to get the next 3 bases. Anyone else have this happen?
