What is the fastest way a CL 20 can become glowy. I have already read the guide to glowing. Thanks for the help

You should wait till you get to lvl 80. I got glowy at 17 and it did not work out. Listen to what the others are saying, dont get glowy now. Wait till you are lvl 80.
