Ok here's my question? Each phase you can unlock a box? I thought you can unlock more. I unlocked melee acuracy last night. Got the crystals etc.. And I wanted to start the quest for Dagreen for Ranged Defense? And he said you have helped the village enough. Is that true, you can only do 1 quest from 1 guy? And also I didn't have enough xp to gain the box that moment.

You can only do 1 Quest (Unlock) per Phase. Once you start a quest, you can not back out and try another either. To get the unlock you MUST complete the Quest in that Phase. Once a branch is unlocked, you can train it at any time.

You can fill in that tree at any time after it is unlocked. Remember that you will also need 50K of Force XP to fill the Novice block of any branch.
Also, your above statement is true. You can only do one quest per village, per phase. Meaning that after you have accepted that quest. You cannot take another quest from anyone else in the village either during or after the quest you have taken is completed. Furthermore, after you have completed the quest you have taken; you have to wait until the next phase to take another quest from anyone else.
NOTE: The NPC's also warns you of this before accepting any quest from the village.
