I was talking yesterday with a friend about this:
What about get some Force Sesitive Expercience as a reward for completing the missions in the village?
Every one knows that the grinding proccess is boooooring 
, but well this could be cool, and it'll give us some motivation in order to repeat all the quest in the village once you've unlocked the proper branch.

This is actually what i thought the devs had intended by making the jedi path more "Quest" oriented, but low and behold they changed it to another grind...

They just should have added other ways to get FS xp... Like you get slowly FS xp just for being master in a prof (would fill a whole column in 3 month or something), winning a swoop race, etc... Just converting xp is not the best thing to do :-X, mainly because not all you do make you gain xp...

I agree... I spend 90% of my time helping other people level up in their pilot skills.. this means zero FS gain for me... it will be a while, as I do not have the energy to do a senseless grind that helps nobody.

Yes, lets make it easier to get Force xp so a lot more people will be inclined to travel the Jedi Path.
I think not only should the grind be this long, but should be harder! Ex: Earn Force Sensitive XP while you kill the mob, but the thougher the mob, the more force xp you get ( like killing a krayt give ya 2k force sensitive XP, but a huurton give ya only 100....or whatever)
