Thread: How to start the phase 3 MA quest?

I've read the many guides on how to do the quest, tactics and group makeup, yet I still don't understand how to start the quest with my partner.
I have collected a bunch of wp disks and frequency disks, so now here is what I think I need to do. First, scout the locations of bases near the village to determine their names. Group with my partner and talk to the capt. and drag one of each disk on to him. At this point I should get a device to lower the shields for a random base. If the base is one that I like (near the village), my partner and I both speak to the capt and get the mission. If the base is 9k away, I destroy the shield device and redrag two new disks until I get one I like.
If someone could tell me if this is correct or not I'd really appreciate it.

I did a base 9k away with my mate. You have a time limit of an hour and we did it in about 45-50 min so it is possible!!

Go talk to Captain Sarguillo first. He's near Paemos. Then go though this section until you find the list of base waypoints for your server. I'll bump it so it'll be easy to find. Then do what I wrote in that link below.
