Does FS Ranged speed currently work? I recall hearing that it was bugged, and having all 4 branches didnt affect your rate of fire.

Ranged speed and accuracy does not work, however melee speed and accuracy, works for both melee and ranged.

looks like it! I was going Combat Prowess 4-4-4-4 but might as well make it 0-0-4-4 and do enhanced reflexes 4-4-4-4!
