Fewquestions if someone has a minute. I just started the game again 2 days ago, so Im really rusty with everything, so please bear with me.
1- Once I get the old man, and start doing my force senstive stuff, do I have to have available skill points for this or am I going to have to give up my current professions to get the a Jedi.
2- Once I unlock my second character, is that my jedi character (does he start force sesitive) or would I have to go through all the steps to get him to be a jedi again.
3- If the the new slot is not force sensitive, am I giong to have to give up my current profession to make skill points availabe to make a Jedi (or is it seperate like the pilot profession).
Thanks in advance for your time.

You must unlock 6 branches of Force Sensitive skills by doing quests in the Village (after the old man shows up).
You must train all 6 branches (24 boxes) using Force Sensitive xp. Each box takes1 skill point. So yes, before you're officially a Jedi, you must have those 24 skill points available to dedicate to FS skills.
2- Once I unlock my second character, is that my jedi character (does he start force sesitive) or would I have to go through all the steps to get him to be a jedi again.
Your unlocked character is a brand new character with no history/skills. You would have to get him Force Sensitive and then a Jedi, all over again. If you get your 2nd character to be a Jedi, you will get no further unlocks for additional characters.
3- If the the new slot is not force sensitive, am I giong to have to give up my current profession to make skill points availabe to make a Jedi (or is it seperate like the pilot profession).
You will have to drop your skills on your Jedi character, to learn Jedi skills. You can mix and match, but any non-Jedi skills you have will limit your ability to train in more Jedi skills.
The benefit of the 2nd character slot is that, once it's unlocked, you can train this new character just as your old one was - so you lose nothing, yet you gain a Jedi that you can dedicate to the life of a Jedi.
Thanks in advance for your time.
You're very welcome, I hope that helped.
