when i talk to Lt. Velso in Imperial base he says i can see your enthusasium buti see youralready busy doing something. anyone help me?

means you have accepted a vette mission from someone else at some poin you can only have one at a time even if its Hutt or imp or rebel. Go back to the other NPC and cancel the mission.

Only way to do that would be visit every Vette mission giver there is. There's two for Jabba in Jabba's Palace and another in the Cantina in Wayfar. Imperial ones are outside Bestine Starport (Lt. Caboul), one at the Emperor's retreat, and another at Imperial Oasis on Tatooine.
