that is to unlock the 6 branches yes....as i understand it, the time to FILL those 6 branches is a matter of how much exp you earn and how often you play
I would say minimum is 12 weeks + a few days. If first unlock was at the end of the phase. So that's 4 full phases + last day of first unlock phase+ first day of last unlock phase.
That's what I'm doing. I became FS end of March, the last few days of phase1. I'm now waiting for the next phase2 end of June for my last unlock.

I agree. I became FS the day before the CU and got the visit from the old man the day after the CU came online. I unlocked my first branch the day before the phase shift. Got lucky I guess.
But what about the 4 branches from CP? Don't I have to wait the entire phase cycle to unlock each?

How do you figure 6 weeks? If you unlock your first branch the day before a phase change, and you last the day of the phase change and there is no server down time that's 12 weeks and 2 days.
