Thread: My Phase IV Problem With the CSRs.

People kept telling me that the CSRs could unlock my Ranged Speed branch if I had the bug (the one where the quest from the previous phase stays in the quest journal)and asked for help. So I did.
Here's what I sent.

After 8 Days, and the passing of Phase IV... This is what I got.

Before this ticket, I had sent two others on the same topic and got similar answers to this one.
Pathetic. This was the last branch I had to fill to get Jedi. Now, I'm stuck for 6 more weeks as I've already unlocked all 4 of the Combat Prowess/Enhanced Reflexes branches of Phases I and II. I've seen plenty of people get help for the problem I had, WHY COULDN'T I GET MY UNLOCK???

Send another ticket. Make sure you tell them to check your quest log so they can see that you completed the quest. I had the same problem and they fixed it for me. Also use the general chat room that is available when you launch galaxies. During operating hours there is always a csr in there. Explain to them you situation and make sure to tell them that your ticket was not handled properly. They have to power to fix you on the spot if you can convince them.

LOL i dont understand why your phase 3 quest would have ANYTHING to do with your phase 4.. i had the buged phase 4 never got a response from a tickett. i finally found a csr online told him my prob and he was very nice and fixed it.

I had the same issue and a CSR fixed me up in about 2 days.
I made sure to point out that my quest log reported the unlock, and was very polite about the matter.
Politeness is key when dealing with CSR's I have discovered. I use the forum instead to vent my outrages.

Mauler, I couldn't see the image, but it wouldn't surprise me if your CSR is the same one I had... he was clueless. He misread my ticket, and closed it, so I had to start over. The second CSR finally fixed the problem (after 8 days....)

Oh, forgot to add...
To Klinsec... I was very polite in my first ticket. Please, thank you, etc.... Politeness doesn't override stupidity. In my second ticket, I did not hold back, I blasted away pretty hard, although I did not use any foul language, but I wasn't polite by a longshot. The second CSR fixed my problem right away.
So, I guess it's whatever works for you. ![]()
