This not the reason I am wanting to be a Jedi but I would like to know this anyway,

When exactly does your free character get unlocked?

Is after you become a Knight? or after you complete the village? or after the Padewan Trials? When please some one tell me.

It is a question I have had on my mind for some time now.

There is no longer a free character slot that Im aware of... Your current toon simply becomes Jedi.

Yes you still get an extra slot. But the new slot is not the Jedi, your orgional character is the Jedi.

You get the slot when you gain Padawan status I believe.

Thank you for the quick responses all of you.

Yes I was aware the the new character would not be Jedi. He will be a totally new character coming in with nothing except for the things that are givien to a new player to the game.
