Alright, I intend to get the Jadi Padawan level to obtain the extra character slot. After that point, I don't really plan on pursuing jedi.. at least not on my main character.. this means I will never be using lightsabers, robes, or force powers of any kind.

Would this still give me up on the BH terminals if I were to be in a group hunting with ordinary weapons using ordinary skills while wearing ordinary things?

you will only be on the terms if you use your light saber withen 30 meters of someone. so if you plan not ever using the ls dont worry about it. and if you do get on the terms some way and a bounty hunter kills you, you will be off the terms and lose jedi xp which wont matter to you any way.
