Thread: How could this be happening to me???

I've banked enough FS combat XP to fill my final line in Force Sensitive skills. But now Captain Sarguillo won't talk to me! I've already unlocked and filled the combat prowess lines of Phases I and II, so does this mean I'm stuck for another 6/7 weeks? Or can a CSR help me? What can I do?

Join the club. Hell will freeze over before I expect to get any help from a CSR.
I've put up with all the upgrades and buggy, broken software, but I think this is the "straw" for me.
SOE has finally broken my spirit, so my friends are gonna get all my stuff...

From what I recall of Phase 4, anyone that completes the quest but doesnt get the unlock just has to put in a CSR ticket.
The CSR's will then unlock it and your free to fill it up
If he just wont talk to you to start the quest....well then I have no idea, maybe submit a ticket stating that and hope they sort it before the phase shifts

I'm in that boat as well. Finished the melee def quest and no one will talk to me. Sigh, I'll be patient. This must be part of the training as well.

looks like we are screwed man. i talked to csr and he said sorry phase changed cant help you.

It hasn't changed on WH (will probably by the time a CSR helps me). Thanks for passing on the information...but you'd assume we'd get 2 unlocks on the next phase 4 if we needed another unlock in p4.

yep...after phase change, CSR's will do nothing so your stuck for another month or so...

I actually have this same problem on my very first unlock. Finished the ranged speed quest, but when I go talk to the captain, responds that I'm already doing a quest for someone in the village. Yeah, you ya dumbass. Train me!
