Thread: Quick Question about branches , quest and the current phase

Ok i completed the Quest, unlocked Melee Defense , trained Melee Defense IV, and Captain Sarguillos says that i seem to be busy with tasks for other villagers, and i should return when i'm not anymore.
Is it supposed to be like this, am i bugged (i remember this game being very buggy , when i canceled my subscription a year ago) , is there something that i missed?

Probably not bugged.
Melee defense has NO reward, so no new set of missions.
Also to check, if you have enough points check to see if you can be trained by nolden. You dont have to actually train in Melee Defense now if you unlocked, but check Nolden. Hope that helps.. If he cannot train you and you ahve the points then your bugged.

Are you trying to unlocktwo trees in the same phase period? If so, that is not going to happen. If you wanttwo unlocks from the same phase, you have to do one now, then wait for the phase to come around again before you can do the other one.

I am bugged on this. Have killed all that needed to be killed. The Sgt says I am too busy. Nolden says I can't train anything. I have been told to put in a ticket as it is a Known issue. I have put in many and no response. Some of my guildmates have put in tickets and had this resolved for them already.
Anyone have a clue as to how I get a CSR to respond as I am at my wits end with this known issue that even the Knowledge base says that CS can fix this issue.
If s Dev or CSR reads this please I need this fixed. I read that if the phase shifts I will fail. I just want what I earned.

try live chat. there might be a CSR there who can help better than sending a ticket

phase 4 has been bugged for as long as i know...csr live would help but if your phase 4 is over...then your screwed...
