get whatever you can cause once 18 weeks go by and your still waiting for that one branch...grab anything you can

Ok, so I understand we need to unlock 6 branches for the exit quest. So, I'm assuming that means I have to repeat 2 of the phases? The way my cycle is going, I'm not going to get all the branches I want without skipping 1 or 2 phases. If this is the case, I'm just gonna grab whatever I can and finish the village asap. This is all so confusing, heh. Its not worth it to me to wait another 6 weeks to get melee accuracy. I doubt it makes a huge difference.

I gathered enough xp to do a 7th tree 3 weeks from now, so I can drop ranged speed and pick up melee defense.... but I've read you have to be careful, train the 7th tree BEFORE you drop one of the others.

You've been playing since 2003 and can't wait another 6 weeks? Personally, I am getting the trees that I think will give me the best template and don't really care when it happens.

I was lucky with respect to the phases. I started in phase 3 and it just so happened that I wanted all of Combat Prowess and Melee / Ranged Defense from Enhanced Reflexes which allowed me to pick my skillswithout having to skip a phase. I know this doesn't help, I justcompelled tobrag to someone...


And as I've been told; patience, my young Padawan, is the pathway to the Force.

damn you

i wanted to start in phase 3 but managed to start in phase 4. i didnt realise i wanted to start in phase 3 until i actually sat down and looked at what i could get from each phase but from what i can see, for a combat toon, phase 3 is the best phase to start in. now i have the problem of choosing a worse template and getting jedi earlier or getting the best template i can and waiting 6 weeks

I'm only on my first phase of the village and I already banked the xp required for all 6 branches, so there is no way i'm gonna wait an extra phase just to get a certain skill. I did what the guy above mentioned, which is thatI banked enought xp for an extra branch so I can get the 1 I wan't when it comes around, and drop the 1 I don't want.
