Thread: cant train beyond enhanced reflex novice. need help.

i completed phase4 quest yesterday. i converted enuff reflex xp and noldan trained me on enhanced reflex novice. but he wouldnt trained me further to melee def even i have enuff reflex xp.
the capt S said to talk to him again next time. paemos says can train me : nothing.
is this a common bug? can anything be done? or am i doing some steps wrongly?

its a bug...send in a ticket. i had the same problem as you but i sent in a ticket and a Csr unlocked the melee defense for me.

wow that's cool if they can unlock for me.
question. when i send a ticket ... does the ticket appear on my "report bug open ticket" boxx in ctrl-H? cos i dont see the ticket there.

It's really weird. You've got to open the holocron (cntrl + h) hit the customer service button and they want you to do a search for related questions. At the bottom of the scan, there should be a button that says this didn't help, let me file my own (curse word) ticket and that should do it for you. Hopefully all of us that are currently bugged will be helped. I've heard stories from people that say a csr won't unlock it if the village changes phases. How unfair is that? You do the work to unlock the branch and because of a bug, you are left with them saying SOL. I hope that that is just the usual forum csr gossip, but that remains to be seen.

no help so far. my server shld reset by 2mrw to phase1. just a rough start with these bugs from the oldman to now my first attempt on the phases.
it might deter me from going further, not buy TE, or quit altogether .... i dunno .... shall wait and see.
but on the light side i just tell myself this bug is just my experience .... i will just grind from phase1 as a start .... but then again i headr phase1 is buggy too.
