ive already grinded a jedi in this new system but due to inactive play i lost it, and i think it is time i started it all over again but after this cu stuff seems like it helped pawdawn out more i mean all they have to do is group with some one and only hit a creature once and get full xp. But i grinded all my fs with nades comando, can you still do it this way? can you just sit in a nest of quekers and blow them to bits? or do you have to be in a huge group and follow them around?. THE BIG QUESTION:: SHOULD I DO THIS AGAIN WASTE 18 WEEKS OF MY LIFE AND IS NADES STILL THE FASTEST?

Hi before the combat upgrade I used grenades and I have to admit the grind was so boring. I got 5 million xp using grenades before the combat upgrade. After the combat upgrade I went in groups and I found I gained xp very fast and it was fun I just hit each animal the group attacks (only the ones they attack not all of them) at least once with the weapon you are caping then help kill one. It helps alot if you have atleast 2 weapon types to fill with xp. I personally had 1.2 million pistol xp 800k carbine xp 800k riffle xp and about 300k combat xp with every trip to the village.
Grenades are much different then they where before the combat upgrade. to grind with them you would need to throw the grenadewhich will then agro possibly the entire lair. The problem with this is you then cannot use any other weapon to kill the animals or the xp will change to that weapons xp. plus an entire lair of level 84 creatures all attacking you will kill you in seconds. Even if the whole group tries to get them off you and kill them a whole lair will mostlikely be veryoverwhelming to kill all at once even with jedi healing etc and most groups wouldn't be happy if you made the whole lair attack them lol.
Really now its much fastersimply filling each weapon type with xp as you can use even a weapon class you are weaker in because theres a group to help you.
I hope this helps you and happy hunting

I think nade grinding is dead. I guess it still works, but now its more of a pain than it's worth.
For one thing, grenades are not as powerfull. Another, as mentioned above, you'll aggro the whole lair and then get incapped. Now most groups wouldn't care if you did that, once you incap, all the critters just run back and the group can continue. The problem is, that particular group member (and yes you would HAVE to be part of the group) can't participate in the rest of the hunt. Because, as mentioned, if he/she uses a weapon on the same animal they naded, the xp goes mostly to that weapon instead of combat, thus defeating the purpose. I'm sure there are some groups that are strong enough to allow a member to "sit out", but they wouldn't like it.
