Hey all, I thought I'd give you a heads up on the Mellichae quest. Some of this is not new, but it never hurts to hear this from time to time.

Last Wednesday, I received my last call from the Old Man. I go to the waypoint of Mellichae and one of the green crystals is in a building. Nothing new, right? Since I already knew this is near impossible to work around, I went straight to filing a ticket. Three days later, I get the /tell from CSR SpencerS. He meets me at the waypoint and ends up moving the Crystal outside the building. Upon doing so, he warns me that I need to destroy that one first because sometimes it bugs. Well, I would've grabbed my posse right then and there, but it was past midnight with me locatedin PST, so most everyone is logged for the night. Therefore,I asked him if I could do it later, for which he replied yes. But then I asked him if one of the crystals does bug, will I have to wait the three days for resolution again? He understood the CSR delays (and apparently the crystal bugs as well), so he told me he'd help me do it. Thank you for doing so, SpencerS! Although, that particular crystal didn't bug, the next 2 crystals did bug (got them down to 0/40000, but wouldn't blow up).

Two Morals of this story:

1) CSR SpencerS is an awesome CSR and I really appreciate him taking the time to see the problem ALL the way through to resolution.

2) If the CSR's have to move a crystal or the entire quest, get your posse out there ASAP and ask the CSR if he/she'll stay on while you're completing the quest in case one of the crystals bugs.

a csr awhile ago...tim something, responded to my ticket about not getting credit from the phase 3 quest, we talked, and i was polite...he ended up giving me the unlock because i was polite even though i didnt do the quest right, what can ya say
