For some sick stupid unfortunate reason you hve to be a master medic to get the quest., and a 0004 BE to make the meds, unless my info is wrong.
And yes, this means giving up your template, doing a slow, ridiculous grind (technically, you CAN have a BE make the cures for you, but good luck), and then re-grinding your whole template.
Hope you saved a respec.

Hmmm... six combat trees it will have to be, then 
At least I won't have to re-template if I use that method.

do the bio enginears have to have got the quest too? or is there something they make that any BE can make?

well I respec'ed my master doc to get 0/0/0/4 BE as well and it is impossible for me to craft meds for internal bleeding even when I use 1000 OQ flora and 958 metal, 11pt crafting suit, and +18 bespin port
whats the problem here I do not know

but is internal bleeding cure a bioenginear thing? or do u get a schematic for it or doest it automatically stick the schematic in ur data pad and not ur inventory?

Do I need to BE a doctor to cure the sick or just have a doctor supply me with the meds that I can give to the sick folks?
I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but it's rather annoying that you have to BE certain professions to do the different trees in this set of skills. I mean, I'm getting my xp via music and slicing, but I can't use either music or slicing to unlock any branch!

What's the problem is that musician, dancing, entertainer healing, and slicing skills transfer to Senses XP. However, in order to use it I need to be a doctor, surveyer, and/or BE. I know this is an old issue. I'm sure it's been whined about all over the place. But, that's my problem.
My solution is to say "screw it" and go straight combat.
