Thanks for all contributions so far in this thread.
I can finally make a test after I get my bacta tank about credits.
Here are results:
a.) You get credit from any player NOT just in group. But grouping helps to see who is getting damaged
b.) To get credit, you need to heal damage / first aid / remove states/ reviveand such (whatever gives medical xp) from players WHO can have a 'credit for killing' Outlaws and Pirates. You don't get credit for healing people who kills Thug. But those people are need to be healed to stay alive. If they have finished their credit limit for Outlaws or Pirates and don't get credit for them, you dont get credit also.
c.) People you need to heal must be 'fighting' (X icon near their names) when you heal them. If the NPC kills someone and not died, if you revive that player who is been killed by Outlaws / Pirates, you still get credit.

Yeah its a bit frustrating not to know if we even do it right.. What gives credit and how many we have healed. I know I have healed 30-40 but if any of them gives me any credit I dont know. I could keep healing forever and still not get any credit.
And with buffs and 90% of people being TKM there's not much to heal anyway.

I haven't figured out everything with this quest yet, but it appears taht the medical droid behind Silvarra will tell you how many records there are of you healing the troops.
I've healed several, but my count is at 0. I assuming you must be grouped to get credit.

OK, here are Experiences from last 2 days and finally unlocking:
1.) You need to be grouped and you need to heal grouped people including cures and ressurections.
2.) You need to heal people who will get credit from killing "Outlaws" and "Pirates" . Thugs dont give any credit but healing those people who fights with thugs are a humanity issue and I suggest you do.
3.) You unlock at 50, another 50 will get you a "Bacta Tank" reward.

Is it right that you need to heal 50 different people to get 50 credits..??
Isnt this a little tough if so..??

I manages to complete the quest and get the reward in one evening and only changed groups once.
You can only get a credit for a person once, so if you don't change groups during an attack, the max credits you can get is 19. You can get credit for healing the same person, but it must be during the next attack. Healing with stims is diffcult, I think there is a hidden limit to what counts as a credit, like healing someone for 1 hp doesn't count. Healing states is the best way. The Sith use alot of Dizzy and Blind attacks so if the person being attacked takes a small amount of damage but gets a state, heal it and you'll get a credit.

I must say the rules for getting credit are starting to get confusing. I was in a group with 17 other people and got 42 credits in one "round". I healed damage, stats and had one rez.
This makes me wounder do one get credit for healing a person that is in combat with a pirat og outlaw. And does this happen every time this person fights a new pirat/outlaw ? This is just speculation,
But I hope you all writes down your experiances in this forum, then maybe we can get to the bottom of this mysteri

maybe when your group member dies and gets rezzed, it counts as a new resurrected person
