I was very disappointed to discover [that this phase 3's reward is still Sunriders Destiny/Teal crystal](especially since it did cycle during testing). I'm going to raise it to the devs to see if I can find out more about it...

I would hope that the CRS or whoever would swap them out for people who got screwed from poor programming.

Who said it was supposed to switch? Someone said it was and then everyone took it as "word from the devs". The devs NEVER said the colors would rotate. Just cause it is in the sticky doesn't mean it is law. The sticky is made by all of us who have gone through the experiences and helped with info. Now we know the color doesn;t rotate and can take that out. Also people said in Test Center the color never rotated either. So don't blame the devs or say poor programming when in fact it obviouslly wasn't intended to switch colors. If it is i am sure they will change it but let's ease up on the devs here. Now had they said it would switch then yes but they didn't.

yes you're right, but if the colors are soposed to rotate then my statement holds true.

nowhere did i say they were soposed to rotate colors just if they fix it that it will be a retro fix is all.

It's also possible that it's random each phase and it just happened to be luck of the draw.

1 in 19 to land twice in a row is pretty lucky, i mean unlucky ...

ok i can see where people might believe this may be because of a design flaw, but maybe it is just a design anomaly. perhaps the crystal selection is at random, and is in fact working as intended. it is possible to role the same numebr twice in a row, however the probability is low. we just got a case of snake eyes.
