So, I've taken Quharek's quest this phase, have crafted the 6 parts he gives me a schem for and try to make the shield unit but I have no Primary Computer unit to put in it. How and or where do I get this thing?

Alright, so after reading some old posts, it looks like I don't actually need to make this thing, just contribute the sub-components to the load lifter for credit. Can anyone confirm this?

That's the way that I understand it. Then again, I haven't tried it yet (just got the quest this morning)...
