Today with the coming of phase 3, I will be completeing the melee accuracy branch. I already have the XP to train the boxes, so how long am i going to bewaiting for the old man to show up? Is it the same 3 days as when they pushed the village and i was already glowing? Or is it different?

It depends on the traffic and I dont mean cars I mean how many people will require a visit. I got mine the day after XMas after waiting 24 hours. Actually I did not wait, trained my last box then fly to different planet shuttled to player city and logged out. Logged in the next day made two shuttle trips to Player cities and then waited about 20 minutes and he came running. I did my Mel misison on Dant. to cut down on helpers having to fly to different planets. I had no problems with parts of the quest being in buildings I guess I got lucky.
