Last night I got into the village for first time and started playing around. Since I was completely clueless as to what was going on I traded in a bunch if exp an unlocked my Combat Prowess Novice box. THEN..I started on my Ranged Defense Missions....NOW I realise theyre from a different tree. How can I fix this? I read up on this stuff in the forums but was just confused once I actually got into the Village. I would be very grateful for any offered advice, thanks.

You can't "fix" this. You will need to go get more xp for Enhanced Reflexes tree. You will more than likely want branches from Combat Prowess later.
