It's a "Dermal Thickener", +10 Melee def for 5 minutes, 5 uses. Complete waste of time unless you want the FS mod...

I read that they're going to include a reward for completing the Melee Defense mission next phase, as there was no previous reward for it. Any word on what this reward is?
