You are in the EXACT same position as me completely dude. What server are you on? I'm on Chimaera and CSR is offering to replace lost skill boxes if you send CSR a ticket in game. As yet, I haven't had mine back.

Hey everyone. I hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction to get help. Myself and a friend got the mission from Capt in the village for melee accuracy in phase III. We along withanother guild member went and did the missionand completed it just moments before the CU shut down. We both got the unlocks and the crystals and I then exchanged XP for FS and logged with approximately 2 minutes beforeserver shut down. When I was able to log on after the CU was complete in Gorath I checked several thingsout (bad expericence with updates lossing crap or deleting skills, etc.) so I check everything afterwards. I no longer have the unlock in the journel and captwill not talk with me now. I should not have to do again since I had itonce. This is my 5th unlock and getting ready for Phase4 unlockfor my6th. Any ideas suggestions from one of the devs or someone that has more contact with them.

im in the same boat m8 just i didnt loose unlock but i lost 1.8mil fs xp and waiting for final unlock also ^^

I am on Gorath and I was told to send a /Bug to get help but that has never got me anywhere in the past so not hold out much hope now. What is the CSR's name that you talked with maybe he can help me out somehow.

/bug only submits a bug report which are not looked at by CSR's and will not be responded to. I have yet to be able to figure out how to submit a CSR ticket under the new system.

It was a CSR that told me to do the /bug I don't know what to do you can't get any answers around here and I thought CSR stood for Customer Service Rep guess not.
