It appears that currently the combat-related Force Sensitive skill boxes such as Combat Prowess, Enhanced Reflexes, and Heightened Senses do not contribute to the combat level of the character. I believe that they should count just like any elite combat box, since, frankly, they take a lot more to get than any other box in the non-Jedi game. I am not proposing that the cap of 80 be exceeded, but for those people who have less than 80 and skill points tied up in FS skills, it makes a ton of sense.
It would also allow someone with only FS skills to actually work on Novice Lightsaber!

It makes sense on the surface, but I find that the mods in these boxes are minimal and that they don't make a whole lot of difference in combat. If these FS skill boxes raised your level then you wouldn't be able to fight mobs that are at, or even 3 levels below, your own CL.

Think about the other end of the spectrum. For instance, I have a fully-specced character who is only CL69 because he receives no bonus from the 24 skill points he spent in FS skills. He can beat a lot of level 80 PVPers, but he takes a damage penalty against mobs? That doesn't make a lot of sense.

Why are you only a level 69 as a completed template? You should be able to double elite + master novice profession and still have enough skill points for FS (all 24). Example Master brawler =77 sp. TKM=63 sp. Master swordsman =63 sp. FS skills at Jedi initiate=24. Total spent=227 sp. In fact you could still use 23 points on another elite profession.
