Just to clarify:

After leaving Dathomir, I traveled to Coronet to drop some stuff off on the bazaar. My combat tab shows that I was in Coronet as early as 21:32:04. I logged off at 21:54:31 in Mos Eno on Tatooine.

It is now 21:39:10 and Dag has told me again to check back tomorrow.

The 24 hours is actually 24 hours of server uptime. If the server goes down, it means that you have to come back even later.

In addition to that comment, if you're on a west coast server, they were down for hours last night/today. Most of the west coast servers were for all soe games.

That would probably account for your issues.
