Thread: question about ranged accuracy unlock

Did i have to do the second round of patrol points in order to unlock the branch? Or is the second round just extra to get the banner? Because it does not say in () that i unlocked it... like my other branch says.

The second round of patrols is just for the banner. There was a glitch with the game and the Captain and you need to send a ticket in to customer service and they will unlock it for you.
