...which I am having a blast doing. So I was rescuing the villagers and escorting them back. The first one I solo'd and did just fine, killed all 4 sith on my own. But this is the hilarious part. The next couple missions as I was attacking the sith, every creature in the near area came running and starting attacking the sith as well. I didn't need the help, but I couldn't help but find this extremely entertaining. Needless to say I was grateful for the assistance of my NPC creature buddies. Cheers to them.

I actually finished all five last night. The last 1 I did on my own, but the one before it, again, assistance came running in.

I was trying to do this intentionally. Haveing the aggro creatures int he area help me with the sith. Not that I could not handle them, just because it would go alot quicker when they did. I think i succeeded in doing that once or twice but it also backfired on me twice.

The first time was a CL89 ( i think it was higher then 80) Rancor and the second time it was a CL72 Bol.

When it does work i love it cos i can take them out very quickly and move on but beware that it will backfire on you and the mobs start attacking you instead. BTW my template does not have an area attack so i know i did not hit the mob.

A large number of NPC's (including Sith Shadow Pirates, Outlaws, and Thugs) use area attacks, the result of which is that they destroy your speeder (if it's out) and draw aggro from all the creatures around them. I used this to my advantage as often as I could when doing the rescue the villagers quest.
