Phase4 (10th november)is my last phase, i have 1,25 fs xp for unlock healin branche and finish my fs carreer.

Whats happen with second old man? Can I get my jedi char and unlock the second character before 15th november or the second old man has been deleted too?

Well the second old man visit is the same as the first, so he will appear within 72 hours of you training yours 24th FS box. After that, you will have a waypoint to the Mellichae camp. Once you kill Mell you need to go meditate at a shrine and then do your Padawan trials, 16 in all. Depends on how fast the Old man comes I would guess. Even so, if you have time you should be able to as long as you have friends on that can help you with Mellichae.

Then.. the second old man is not disabled?

The second visit was never disabled. Of course, a lot has happened in the last 24 hours so I can't say for sure. I know last week friends were getting their second visit. As of the CU2 news, and the servers down right now for maintenance, who knows what the situation is like now. I guess go about your business and hope.
