Force Sensitive Archive

So do these changes mean I can no longer unlock a second character? I was looking forward to unlocking a jedi character, but also I was really interested in having a second toon on the same server(without having to dish out more money).Also, I would have unlocked my last branch a few days after the new changes.If it turns out that you can't have a second character or compensation for all the hours grinding and waiting for phases to change then that is a bunch of crap. I am not totally pessimistic about the changes.I am just curious to see if the game will change for the better or become; a watered down version of its former self.
