Before I get flamed to all hell and back, let me say...I know I screwed up here... (fact is, I was doing the quest for ph 4 and stayed up way to late and selected the wrong thing)
Without thinking into it, I selected combat prowess thinking it was melee def, wich is what i wanted... Is there anything I can do? Please help... Man I hate to think all of that work and time was wasted...

Sorry m8, the only thing you can do is to wait until phase 4 comes up again in 12 weeks...

Thats really, really bad news.... sigh
You'd figure that it would be set up to where you couldnt select something that wasnt intended... hell the quest even said melee defense. Oh well

yeah, it sucks if you do that, and im sure there are others that it's happened to. im not flaming 
cause well, ive messed up in the past. if you really want melee defence, then yeah you have to wait till phase 4 rolls around again.

Well Ive been saving a free unlock, you guys think its worth it to use on the melee def.. since im goin to have to wait a complete cycle for it anyhow? Or, just wait and use the free on something else?

Personally, I would use a free unlock on whatever skill would take me the longest to grind or one that would require me to change my current template. For example, I would use it on Persuasion since I have absolutely no medic skills.
But the choice is up to you!
