what are they? how do i do them? where do i do them? are docs and cm's considered crafting profesions enough to do them? thx in advance for answers.

1) They are "contracting missions" where you make a set of items, return them to the mission giver, and you get credits and crafting xp.

2) Talk to an NPC contractor, select the crafting profession you want to make items for, select the difficulty you want, make items, add to crate the NPC gives you, give crate to NPC.

3) type /find, pick "guild hall: commerce". Go there, look for an NPC with a title of "a contractor" (most seem to be in the main hall, not any of the side rooms). Talk to them.

4) I don't think so. I don't have doctor, but I do have medic, and when I talked to the contractor, I only had options for Artisan and Chef. I think these only work for professions branching off of Artisan.

For the LOVE of YODA, would someone please give a few hints how to calibrate those darned components!!!

I've actually been able to calibrate two of them. Unfortunately, the gyroscopic receiver and configuration processor aludes me. I'm able to get the two sets of symbols to be identical, but I can't make the callibration session stop and tell me I'm done.

A little help?

Okay, in haste and frustration I made the above post. As soon as I got back to swg, I completed the repair of the sensor array. How??? Beats the heck out of me. I got lucky. My advice is to collect enough resources to be able to make 5-10 of each component for when you screw up.

And you know what? I don't even want to grind the branch of Phase I crafting, lol!

I tried to find an answer to this but no luck. So i thought i'd ask it here.

If I did the Technique quest from phase 2 and received the LS crafting tool. Can I do the Exprimentation quest in phase 3 and get a second LS Crafting tool?
