Hi

Is it true that you need Master Medic to start the phase ONE Senses quest for persuasion ?

I need to know due to planning my temp

AND can i have a link to where it describes the Phase 3 quest for luck ? The stickie at the top just repeats the surveying quest... which seems odd that you would do the same quest twice and get surveying and luck

yes, you need master medic in order to take the quest. if you intend to craft the medical items for the quest yourself, you also need to have be 0.0.0.4

as for the phase 3 quest for luck,the info in the stickies is correct. while it may seem strange, this isnt the only place in the village quests where this occurs (phase 2 melee speed and phase 3 ranged def are again pretty much exactly the same quest).
