TKM- Yeah, Dath will max you out in a hurry, but be sure to clone beforehand. 
Huurton Stalker Missions on Dant work well, about 100K per lair (miliking twice) if I remember correctly. No NS or SMC to ruin your day...well there are the DJK's and Force Adepts (or whatever they're called).

What I've been doing lately is...Head to Endor and start walking from one outpost to the other. Between Mantigrues, Gurrecks, Mereks, Borgles and Bluurgs, you should be able to max rifles before you reach the other outpost. You never know, if you can make it past the SBD's you just might make some Ewok friends.

the squill cave on tatooine is great for tkm also as long as there aren't to many people there. I can cap unarmed pretty quick there. I dunno how it would be for rifle though.

Exactly the same setup, i find stalkers on dant to be awsome, i cap unarmed and rifles in about 2hrs ( yay for mind buff timers

I used to cap Tk near the Dathomir Sarlacc i think. (POI) lots of rancors near (Rancor Valley) there or they used be, havent been there in weeks. For rifles, i do not know since i never mastered that profession.
