Force Sensitive Archive

After looting the datapad and getting it to finally work (second time looting it...) I proceeded to drive to the Sith camp waypoint. However there were no Siths there when I arrived. What should I do? Will the Siths come back so I can loot the datapad yet again? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
