Is it intended that you are only able to do each quest once, regardless of whether it was completed in a previous phase or not?
I was under the impression that if I wanted to do the Ranged Accuracy or Survival Quests twice in two seperate phase 1's to get myself a second reward that it was supposed to be possible, but apparently it is not. Am I wrong about this or is it another bug?

I'm not sure mate 
When I did the first phase quest (survival), I got the reward you are talking about.
More I can't tell, sorry

you can do the quests as many times as you want, but you can only do them once per phase. I did the phase 3 quest for the color and focus crystal 2 times.

Its bugged again then. Neither Captain Scargillo (sp?) or Whip will give me any quests for Phase I and I've not done a quest since I finished the one in the last Phase 4.

im having the same problem
ive done the plant quest 2 times already and now this phase it tells me i cant help no more as if i just finished it this phase

I was just going to ask the same question cause I tried to do the plant quest again last night and it said I couldn't help anymore.
