Thread: How long is the wait on the second visit?

Hi all, Im happy to say that at 11 am today I finished my last tree. Now Im just waiting for the old man to visit me for the second time. What Im wondering is how long this takes. Someone told me it wont happen until the server resets so that it will reconize that I have all teir 4 boxes finished.
Is this how it works?

As far as i am aware, It works exactly like your fist visit, In time length & content.

If you want him to come faster go outside a small city and set your mood to patient. It sounds corny but he comes within an hour

Well, my old man visited me about 27 hours after I got my last skill box, granted I wasn't logged on between 18 hours and 27. People have put 24 as your general waiting point. Expect him by then, he may come a little sooner. NOTE: In case anyone suggests it to you, shuttling and logging do nothing. I was logging in and out all day (coming back to check the comp every once and a while) and shuttled from time to time to see if it did anything. It didn't.
