There is a cap, It's just no one has hit it yet, so it is unkown at this time.

is it true that you can stact all the xp needed ? I mean the 4 m xp needed ?

The 7,450,000 EXP? yes, you can bank the full 7.4 million & not even worry about a cap, or about using it untill your ready

Probably the cap (since there's no such thing as an infinite number in a computer) is more than is needed for all four lines in any FS tree ... so nobody tried to go that high.
