Thread: question about phase 1 quest persuasion

im looking ahead to phase 1, do I really need master medic, or can i get by with just a few branches?

Why is this? and also what kind of resources will i need?

Last Phase 1, master medic was required to take the quest. You'll want that and 0004 BE, or somebody to craft the meds for you. You might even find somebody who made a schematic last time (or this time).
